Photo declined because of technical problems why?

Hello Adobe-Team,
my photos are declined because of technical problems.
I don´t know what is wrong to this and how I can avoid this mistake.
Can you please help me?

Sorry for the late answer.

 

Look into your picture at 100% and 200% and you will detect the troubles.

There is no detail, there is a halo around the powerline post ad the wood line, in the sky you have artefacts.

 

The second picture is similar.
