photo ID: 1890336942 orginal - fowo_3008_01.JPG the photo was rejected because... “Refusal related to intellectual property rights” I tried to remove all the company signs and inscriptions, so what is the reason?

    Hello, 

    The IP rejection is most probably related to the backpack on the guy. That would be the first thing to notice, and hence IP rejection! Remember, this will be used for commercial purposes, and therefore tight on IP.

    The rule of thumb regarding model releases for people in your images is that if people can recognize themselves, a release is required. Distinctive clothing, hats, etc. can make people recognizable. Certainly the man in the red coat and backpack is recognizable. The image would also have been rejected for quality issues - chroma noise in the sky for instance.

    I agree with ​@daniellei4510 . The problem is with the exposure. Mainly the shadows.

    The image also has some exposure issues that need addressing.
