photo was not accepted due to one or more technical issues, I suspect a bit of vignette might be the culprit and maybe just sharpness quality? First time uploading so I appreciate the criticism

Not only is the exposure a problem, your photo is not focused well, there is background noise and the composition needs to be improved. Your subject needs to be larger and located slightly off center. The diaggonal line should run from one corner to the other.
