I agree with @Abambo . The photo is too soft and lacks contrast. The  tiger is also not sharp. probably due to movement.

In addition to @Marianne-Deiters' correct assessment:

• The tiger is out of focus and misses contrast.
• The histogram is not equilibrated. You should use the histogram to check for correct exposure and post-processing.  Part of the whites (right) are missing, a small part of the blacks (left) are also missing. This and the missing contrast gives a flat look.
  

   

• Whatever you did in the upper-right corner has not been done in a way to look natural.
• You took the picture at ISO800. Small sensor cameras introduce a lot of noise at high ISO that needs to be compensated for. Noise reduction and subsequent re-sharpening introduce artefacts. You see the artefacts even at 100%.
• The DOF does not look genuine. It looks a lot as being calculated by some obscure artificial intelligence. That doesn't work very well.

For contributing to stock with your camera, you will need to have optimal light conditions and put your camera to ISO100 (or even lower). Shoot RAW, if the camera allows for that, and use a strong denoiser, who does not introduce artefacts. Get your histogram right. When you Photoshop areas, those areas need to be looking naturally.
