Unfortunately, from Adobe's perspective, it isn't sharp enough.

The eyes:

If this image is enlarged, the flaws and sharpness will become more apparent. Not noticeable on a small print or screen, but will be noticeable when viewed on a larger screen.

Not suitable for commercial print use. Too much of it is unusable. That said, it's a nice moment captured by your camera. Keep it for personal use. 

There's some motion going on here.

It appears that too much of the image is out of focus. The eyes need to be the sharpest part of the image, but they're not.
