Why this photo is rejected due to technical issue?

I'm sorry to disagree with my fellow forum member, @RALPH_L, but I don't think focus is your problem.  I think borders are the problem. Adobe Stock doesn't accept images with borders or watermarks.  Get rid of the white borders and resubmit your photo.

Good luck!

This picture has multiple issues:

  • The composition is not great.
  • If this is the original quality, you have artefacts.
  • It may have a focus issue. Applying sharpening helps. And yes, the bread should be in focus.
  • Borders and watermarks will get you a refusal all times. No image merits considered in this case.

I like the photo. But let's look at it from the view of someone who wants to make an advertisment.

- the colours look artificial EVEN IF THEY ARE REAL

- the animal in the front is not lit enough. Yes, I know that is because it is at night, but Adobe's stock buyers expect perfection, even if it is impossible

- the composition is nice, but rather spoiled by a tent.

This is a nice photo - I'd rather have it on my wall than 99% of the photos in Adobe stock - but it seems more like art than commercial photography.
