Photo Rejected

I tried uplaoding my first picture yesterday and it was rejected, but I am not sure why. I believe it has something to do with the photo quality or format. The photo is actually excellent quality, but was taken from my phone camera, so maybe that has something to do with it... any help would be greatly appreciated!

Hello, you'll need to post your example here so it can be looked at and advice given.

Photos from a smartphone need to meet the quality standards. Often, photos taken with a smartphone fail the quality standards as they tend not to enlarge very well. Especially as generally they are saved as JPEG files and therefore suffer from compression artifacts. (Noticeable when enlarged.)
