the attached picture has been rejected but the reason why it has been rejected is not clear for me.

Would you be so kind to bring to lights, please ?

Poor focus and underexposure is my assessment. Also the window has a lot of dust spots that look like noise upon cursory examination. The framing doesn't really work either. There are large dark areas on both sides that add nothing to the composition.
