Hello my Photo was rejected and i am trying to improve my skill and I was wondering what is the issue, i guess the biggest problem is that the tongue is not in perfekt focus specialy when i zoom on the tongue i see some ghosting ?! for some answer and advise i would be really great full.

Indeed, the tongue is not in sharp focus, and since it's essentially the focal point in the image, it needs to be sharp. You've also cut off the ear - composition could have been better.
