Photo Rejected due to Intellectual Property, but I see other similar images

I uploaded a photo of a statue in Cabazon, California. It has been rejected because of Intellectual Property Rights. I searched for it on Adobe Stock and quite a few photographs have been posted by other photographers (not just Editorial only photos). Mine was even a little different because I had Photoshopped an object into it. Why was my photo rejected and others have been accepted?

Correct answer Nancy OShea

The famed Cabazon dinosaur building/sculptures, Dinny and Mr. Rex, are definitely protected by IP.  There is no question about it.

After the architect Claude Bell died, the property was sold to the Cabazon Family Partnership and MKA Cabazon Partnership of Costa Mesa, California.  Ironically and perhaps insanely, there is now a creationist museum and gift shop operating inside Dinny.

Good luck!

Perhaps all the others had the correct property release. Just a thought. Why not get one?

Good point - I didn't think about that. I can check into getting one. Thanks!
