1. Underexposed and face could be sharpened
2. Bug is not in sharp focus, could be cropped closer
3. & 4. Bug is not in sharp focus and depth of field is too shallow
When you're shooting wide open and trying to focus on such a tiny object, any camera motion or subject motion is going to cause blur.
