Photo rejected due to technical problems. Why?

I would like to know what are the problems with this photo that has been rejected. Thank you.

Hello,

 

The cart is too dark, it appears as a black blob. You need to have some detail in the cart. Also, I think you need to give some more room around the cart. It is too close to the edge of the frame.

On another note, red and orange aren't complimentary colours. They clash.

The card is to dark, therefore the contrast is poor.

Maybe you should put the card on the right side of the image.
