Photo rejected for being to similar

Hi I am new to adobe stock contributors and I uploaded my first 2 photos and both were rejected. The first one has technical issues and thats ok I figured those out. The second one I was told it was simular to another photo submited, here is the issue I have only submited these 2 photos that are totaly different from each other.

This is completely confusing. Thanks for any help
