Photo rejected for intellectual property.

Hello, I need help, my photo was rejected due to intellectual property, I have the doubt if in this case, since people are on their backs and they do not seem recognizable to me, do I need the transfer of intellectual property? Or would the rejection be for something else?

The name and logo on the blue jacket and the black backpack need to be removed.

Hi @Fabian Urda ,

Along with the property release requirement for the print on the shirt and knapsack, I believe model release is also necessary. Once the person can recognise him/herself model release is required. It does not matter if it's back, front or side view. These photos are close enough for the subjects to recognize themselves.

In addition the photo has a white-balance issue. It has a blue cast.
