Photo rejected for intellectual property refusal

The attached photo was rejected for intellectual property refusal. The subject is obviously just a cherry blossom tree, photographed in a public place. What would I need to do  for this file to be accepted by Adobe Stock? Thanks in advance.

Thanks Szalam! That's an interesting insight, but I don't think there is recognisable branding on the cup. Although the person holding it is recognisable, and hasn't been model released.

I'll wait another day to see if anyone else has feedback, otherwise I'll crop out the man and the cup and resubmit. And mark your response as the correct answer! Cheers!
