1. Noise

2.Nothing is in focus.

Try lower iso and tripod.

The depth of field is too shallow, causing much of the image to be out of focus. The chroma noise gives the cake an unattractive hue.

Hello,

I'm afraid that the focus isn't good on the cake, there is noise and the highlights on the icing distract from the photo.

The composition isn't very good either. ☹

The photo is very noisy, shadows are underexposed, highlights are overexposed. The focus is off. You need to be carefull of the cropping. There are several unwanted objects.
