Photo rejected for "technical issues"

Can't figure out what issues they were referring too. Looking for ideas as to what went wrong.

Hello,

You have what is called chromatic aberration - the purple fringing you can see on the edges of the leaves - hence the technical issues.

Also, your picture is out of focus - it's not very sharp.

Leea, have you had another photo rejected?

 

Keep trying and learning. It can hard to be confronted with having a photo that you love rejected by moderators.

 

I have a number of photos that I would not bother submitting even though I like them.

I can't find one sharp spot on this picture and the chromatic aberration is quite huge. I do not want to discourage the OP, but pictures like that should not be submitted.
