Photo rejected for "technical issues". Can anyone narrow down the reason for me please?

My photo was rejected for "technical issues," but I'm not sure what is wrong with it. I have uploaded this photo to other stock sites with no issue. Thanks for any input you may offer.

Hi @Akeller ,

When zoomed to 100% your subject is not completely in focus, and is also underexposed.
