The cat's face is not in focus and is somewhat underexposed also. Keep in mind that pets in general are a very over-represented category in Adobe Stock. In order for you to get an image accepted or ever sold it must be of exceptional quality and offer something unique.

Adobe Stock customers expect the highest visual and technical quality for use in commercial projects.

 

I second what @Jill_C said about sales potential.   Free snapshots of cats are all over social media as are plants, flowers, trees & sunsets.  If you want to succeed at Stock Photography, look for unusual subjects to photograph that tell a story, have some visual interest or social importance like climate change and cultural diversity.   Use your imagination.
