Photo Rejected - Technical Issues

This picture was rejected because of "Technical Issues". I would like to get some idea from the community as to how to improve this picture for Adobe to accept it.

Hi Sujitk,

I believe it was rejected for white balance issue. It appears to be a bit too cool. It might be something that the eyedropper in the white balance area of camera RAW can address and/or a slight adjustment of the temperature slider.
