Photo rejection

Hello! I ask you to explain the reason for the rejection of three photos. They were rejected for a technical reason, but I do not understand what the problem is exactly. And in the latter, the main object is out of focus) and technical problems. Thank you in advance.

1. Sky is overexposed and foreground is underexposed. A few adjustment in Lightroom can fix this, but you won't be able to repair the soft focus.

2. Zoom in between 100%-200% on the main object, which is the bee, and you'll see that it isn't in focus.

3. The boat is not in focus, the sky is a bit over-exposed (gradient filter in Lightroom would repair this), and the white balance is a bit too blue.
