Photo rejection due to quality issue

Hi all,

This photo gets rejected due to quality issue. Can someone provide some suggestion why this is the case. It is just saying due to "quality issue".

Given that the bird is the focal point, it should be in sharper focus.

I think the exposure could be adjusted a bit. The bird might be too small to be of real interest. You could remove it and possibly have it accepted as a graphic asset, but the moderators might find it too similar to other assets in the database.
