Was wondering why my photo was rejected today. If anyone is aware of the reason, can you please assist me so I won't do it again?

It's unclear to me what the subject is supposed to be.

In Stock Photography, the subject should be obvious.

Foremost: the picture is not level. You have these disturbing out of focus leaves in the front. You applied, probably, excessive sharpening, there is that “sharpening halo” around sharp borders.

And the Audi in the foreground and the car behind it have chromatic aberration.

The composition is not great.

This for the technical issues.

Then you have multiple IP violations, like the Audi logo, the Land Rover writing, the business sign (KW&J), the bar logo, the restaurant logo etc.

A non-conforming error is your watermark on the brick building.

Adobe gave you a reason. Please tell us what it was, I can see both technical problems, and IP problems.

I am very sorry, you already said it was technical issues. I would say there are several problems with composition: the building is not level and the signs block each other. However, the signs need IP release in every case; you probably cannot use this. Street scenes are always difficult because of IP.
