Photo removed for "Intellectual property"?

Adobe recently removed this photo that I uploaded.  The reasoning was for "Intellectual property"?  I don't understand it 100%.  Could someone explain that better for me?  The odd thing is, I also have similar photos that were not removed and some with recoginizable buildings!  I made two sales off this photo, and then Adobe removed it after the fact....
