How long will it take before my photo's are approved? I uploaded my first photo 9 days ago

To answer the original question...images are reviewed manually in the order it is received. The wait time varies based on the number of images in the queue. The average wait time is between 3-5 days.
I checked your account and found that all 9 of your images have been reviewed. You can see the results inside the contributor portal if you did not receive the notification emails.
