Photo submit bug, submitted files disappear

Hi, I have a photo in portal, when i click to submit, everything goes as a normal, website ask me to double accept terms etc but photo removes from new tab and is not moving to the Review tab; it just disappears completely. It has been happening for 1 month. Submit limit not reached

    I removed all photos and uploaded againg with web browser, now it is working normal. It seems that some upload error with ftp upload happened.

    Hard refresh your browser window with Ctrl+F5 or Ctrl+R. 

    Or switch to another web device that doesn’t have script blockers or VPN enabled.
