hello, I uploaded a photo of the CHPP in our city surrounded by smog, but it was rejected because of poor quality, but this is the idea of the photo, the air is so dirty that you can’t see a CHPP, this is also the problem of the city’s ecology

Unfortunately, Stock doesn't make allowances for poor quality, even if it's partly due to atmospheric challenges.  They want commercial quality content that customers can use in professional projects.

That's better, but in the future you should submit the original image as submitted. @yamato713108855 is right about the tree, but your subject is also dead center and could be composed better. The hood of a car is also in the foreground.
