photos are clear but when I submit to Adobe they show up blurry and I uploaded with maximum quality

How do they show up blurry? Do you mean the reduced size thumbnail you get shown when titeling and keywording? That is what it is: A reduced size preview. The moderator will see your original file as uploaded. The original file will be moderated and if that is blurry, the moderator will see that and refuse it.
