Delete them and resubmit. Deleting will also delete the titling and the keywords. You may want to save that information first.

Generative AI images are NOT photography. Those are two different asset categories.

Did you follow the rules for submitting AI?

If not, you should delete them from review, and re-submit them correctly.

Sure, generative AI pictures are not photography. And it is unfortunate that people say that. But Adobe lets them upload those assets as photos. Sorry, at the beginning Adobe was wrong. They should have created a generative AI branch, besides photos and illustrations.

OP's assets do not get moderated. They did not get refused. So OP does even not know if they meet the (very low) quality requirements for generative AI assets.

No one knows why some images remain unreviewed for such a long period. It has been suggested that you delete and resubmit those assets.
