Photos are rejected due quality problems. Is it true?

For what is worth, these photos don’t look like AI to me! There is a subtle difference between the two!

My take could be general composition, and depth of field. It would be good to have more depth - more in focus for the shots with shallow DOP. What is the theodolite (?) looking at for example?

Distracting elements:

The theodolite should be amid at something, I think, so better to have more in focus, rather than a blurred background.  

Moderators do seem to be sticklers when it comes to depth-of-field, especially when both the foreground and background are to of focus. I’m not suggesting you use AI to make such broad corrects, so this is just an example. The concrete wall in the foreground also strikes me as being a distraction.

You thought these could be AI, ignored the clarification and now insist with “composition is poor and other... weak opinions at best.  “In my opinion” that’s going beyond our role here. Dmitry took the time to do exactly what he was suppose to do, and his photos good enough for Adobe to sell.

Yamato, the only reason I’m addressing you is bc when it’s become clear Adobe’s AI pre screening is rejecting too much work which is a problem affecting all of us. I’m not interested in bashing anyone including Adobe. I would think addressing the problem Adobe is having is a benefit for everyone involved.

To me these look like real photos... if so, my advice is that you resubmit again. These are fine photos similar to what I contribute and selling. If these are AI, I have nothing to contribute.

The reality is that Adobe Stock is under going a major challenge using AI to pre screen the millions of submissions they get every month, and a majority not to the  standard they seek. Lately they are rejecting most of what I upload, then approve in the second batch.

I am extremely frustrated with this situation, but my sales keep increasing so it’s something I’m willing to put up, believing it will get solved. 

Save your titles and key words, so that all you have to do is copy and paste.

Let us know what happened when you resubmit.

These are AI-generated images, not actual photographs, right?

The depth of field for the surveying instrument is too shallow.
It is impossible to tell what language the text on the LCD screen is written in.
The composition is skewed too far to the edge.

The dump truck at the construction site has distracting image noise.

The seat on the road roller is facing the wrong way.
