Photos in review still after 9 days

How long does it take to review new uploaded photos ?

More than 5 days ? ufff

shutterstock does this in max 24h / dreamstine in 2 h

PS I have new account and uploaded some 20 photos and still are in review ???

Now I remember I also have another acount with adobe stock with another e-mail, is there any problem ? or maybe , is there a way to merge those 2 accounts? or just I might delete this new one.
