Your black cat image is a counterlight photo, you have some issues with the contrast in that image. And then, there are artefacts like this:
This let's me think that the camera's sensor was on the smaller side. If that is the case, you should avoind difficult light situations like counterlight pictures.
The dog picture:
Besides the artefacts in the fur, because the postprocessing from the camera was confounding the fur with noise, the focus plane is not on the eyes, but nearer to the camera:
The background is not blured, but looks like oddly sharpened. Photoshop once had a filter removing camera shake, and there the result looked quite the same when the parameters got overstressed.
This is also a typical sign for small sensor cameras.
The read cat: There are very visible artefacts (1) and the focus plane is not on the eyes (2):
