Question

Photos Not Accepted for Similiarity, Despite Being Completely Unique??

I've uploaded a set of photos I took the other week to Adobe Stock, however it's flagged two as being too similar to other photos on the site. However this just isn't true whatsoever - I've attached both images.

I can't figure out a way to get this reviewed manually or anything. What can I do?

Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

I think this would have been otherwise rejected for quality reasons. Both images are too hazy and lack sufficient details for commercial use.

That said, you're competing with over 77 million trees in Stock inventory.  It's one of the most commonly represented subjects along with flowers, plants, clouds & sunsets.

If you decide to re-submit, try using less common keywords, titles & descriptions.

Hope that helps.

Thank you, I'll try to reupload with different keywords etc.

On the point of quality I have to say I disagree. There may be 70 million images of trees, but you won't find a single one that looks the same as mine..

I agree, a lot has changed in the acceptance and approval of works over the past 1.5-2 months, and everything is for the worse; this is very upsetting, if before I could upload 200-300 unique ones for verification at once! Now it’s only 2-3 a day, it’s very sad, and it’s been very disappointing lately

" I could upload 200-300 unique ones for verification at once!"

And others were submitting 10,000 a week. There had to be a breaking point sooner or later.

Beautiful shots! Your shots probably got flagged by AI... no one knows what the initial process of selection being used today, or how it wil change tomorrow.

Can you share what titles you used for these photos and how you maximized words for them?

Let me put it this way... In my opinion Adobe wants these photos. You need to overcome the automatic (AI) preselection.

What Ralph suggests about changing the titles and keywords is on point. Do that and also wait  a few days before you resubmit.

Good Luck!

Thank you, and I will give it a shot after changing keywords. Thanks 🙂

There is no official way to appeal the moderators rejection. You can however, try one of the following:

1. Use the "Contact us" link and ask kcontributor support to have it reviewed again.

2. Alter your titles and keywords and resubmit after a few days.

Okay, I'll give that a shot - thanks!
