photos rejected

Do you think about what you want to express when you take a photograph?
Is the flower or the leaves the main subject?
When taking a photo, make sure to focus on the main subject and not cut it off.

Why are all my pictures being rejected? Give me feedback please..

Again—composition!

The last 4 images are extremely similar, and some of them would have been rejected for that reason.

You should tell us the reason for the rejection, like “Quality issues” and we tell you probable causes for that.

There are several possible rejection reasons, but I would bet that you got refused for quality issues. 

Your phone had problems with very fine detail and did “optimize” detail out, because of the overzealous noise reduction.

In addition, you have exposure issues, as the whites and highlights are missing:
