Photos rejected due to quality issues

Hello, 

Photos are been rejected due to quality issues although same are been accepted on other sock image providers and are on high demand too, can there be some advice on whats wrong in the attached image?

    The subject's eyes are not in sharp focus. The image is overexposed on the right side, and the background is mottled and has artifacts in the left side. Acceptance by other stock sites is no guarantee that Adobe will accept as well.
