Photos rejected due to similar content even though they are in different formats

Some of my images are rejected due to similar content reasons , One file is vector and other one is a Photograph, Also the content is quite a bit different . 

In another situation where I just posted Greenland ralated vector and another image is 3d rendering  with differnt configuration , but they were rejected due to similar content reasons . 

Also happens to  several good saleable iimages .Such as Greenland , data centers etc,..
