Photos rejected for IP feedback appreciated!

Attemtped toupload the following photo but got rejected due to IP laws. My question would be how come there are other photos that are similar to the one I uploaded that were accepted. Am I missing something? Thanks! Appreciate the feedback!

When you focus on a single building as in this case, you need a property release from the owner. If it had been a cityscape with multiple buildings, a property release is generally not needed, though you still need to remove any identifying signs, logos, trademarks, etc. Here's more guidance from the help pages:
