Photos rejected for technical issues

I can add composition to the list as well as commercial use. What's the point with this picture?

Before submitting ask yourself "who will buy this image?"  "What will they use it for?"

in addition to Ralph's valid comments, I see chromatic aberration.

The perspective is not level. (Look at the windows on the bottom) The shadows are under exposed and the focus is off. Also, there is a white halo around the beams.
