I waited two months for the photos to be assessed and then I received this opinion after the rejection:

During the review process, it was determined that the work contains copyrighted elements and therefore cannot be accepted for the collection. Copyrighted elements may appear in the image or in its description, title, or keywords.

More than likely, the moderator checked the wron rejection reason. I feel it should be quality rejection. The lighter highlights in the water are over exposed and the overall focus is a little soft.
