Personally, I'd consign it to the trash. I consider myself an above average Photoshop editor and retoucher, but there is little if anything in this image that I would fixable or at least worth spending three our four hours on.

Well, generative AI created the asset, you did write the prompt. Get a better AI image generator, or do better training. The asset as this in incorrigible.
