Pictures not being accepted - Why?

Hey just curious why these pictures won't go through review?

the picture above did go through, but the other won't, i thought it would be because of blur, but there are a lot of pictures without it. All pictures i tried to upload were edited the same.

This picture for example was not taken:

Could it be cause they are too similiar?

At first glance it made me hungry.

At 200%, I could see artifacts where lighter areas touched darker areas.

These look like they were lit by a flash, making the lighting harsh and unattractive. Look at the food photography of Andrew Scrivani, an Adobe Contributor for ideas on how to compose, light and photograph food. He offered a free masterclass on Adobe:
