While I am waiting for my images to be reviewed, I wanted to re-key in my title on a few images both AI and non AI.  So my question is this; does this affect my place in the queue if I delete a few and re-upload? TIA!

Sure. However, if the title is misleading, you need to delete and resubmit. If it contains only an error, or you want to optimize the titles, wait for acceptance first.

    So maybe better to wait and re-key after images are up loaded? (assuming they are accepted)

    Yes, except it they are misleading. That may earn you a refusal.

     

    Also: Changing titles and keywords after acceptance is not as easy as it is during the submission preparation.
