Fast check: I see multiple, easy to spot issues in your image:

If I would spend time analyzing the asset, something that you should do, prior to submitting, I would probably detect more issues. For a portrait, important points are the eyes, and they are too dark IMHO.

What was the rejection reason? The header is enough. And please tell us if it is a generative AI asset or a real photography. Sometimes it's easy to guess, but we are not here to do a guessing game.

Looking at the fingers I assume it is an AI image with rendering errors.
