Question

Please experience appealing account deactiveted

Hi everyone!
Yesterday my account was suspended and I received an email saying that my account may have violated Adobe Stock's terms and conditions. I am very confused and have no idea how to appeal successfully. So I wanted to create this topic to find someone who has successfully appealed in the past to guide me through the appeal process. I would really appreciate it. Another thing is that whenever my shop is doing well, I get suspended right after. Is there a coincidence here?

I've never been suspended.  Most Contributors follow the TERMS and have no problems

Adobe likely detected some suspicious account activity and saw fit to conduct an internal audit.
1) Unusual sales or refunds.
2) Unauthorized Brand Names in keywords/descriptions.
3) Complaints from customers.

This matter is solely between you and Adobe Stock, not fellow Contributors in this user-to-user community.

It may take several weeks for an investigation to conclude. Check your email spam folder. If requested, provide additional information directly to Adobe Stock. Work on other projects. Submit content to other stock services.

Good luck.

It can also be that someone report you. Use the link like @Jill_C said and then wait until the review is completed.

Do you mean that this is not the first time this has happened to you?

So there are multiple accounts of yours getting suspended at the same time? Chances are that you made mistakes by uploading the wrong assets to the wrong accounts. We always discourage people creating multiple accounts, even for different assets.

There really is nothing you can do except use the Contact Us link to reach out to Adobe. If your "shop" is doing well and is then suspended,  it's possible that there are fraudulent sales on your account.

I think not, I have absolutely no fraudulent activity, all I do is try to post my products.

I did not say that you were perpetrating any fraud. Some users use Adobe Stock free trial accounts to buy other's assets, sometimes in large numbers and sometimes with the intention of getting that account suspended. When this happens, Adobe suspends the account temporarily to find those "sales" and reverse them.
