Desperate Request for Account Unblocking Case ADB-39474248-FSC3

Hello,

I am reaching out in complete desperation regarding my case ADB-39474248-FSC3, which I opened on April 12th, and still, there has been no response or resolution. I truly want to work as a contributor on Adobe Stock, but I am unable to do so as my account remains blocked for reasons unknown to me.

I do not have any other accounts associated with my profile. The phone number I currently use was recently acquired, and it is possible that someone else might have previously had an account linked to it. Adobe Support can verify my IP address to confirm that I have no other active connections or accounts.

I have a subscription to Adobe products that I genuinely love, but I will be forced to cancel it on May 21st if the issue is not resolved, as I am unable to work as a contributor and sell my works.

Please, I am urgently asking for assistance in resolving this unjust account block. All my contact details are already provided in the initial ticket. I sincerely hope for your support and guidance in resolving this issue.

Thank you very much for your understanding.

This forum is populated by contributors like yourself, not Adobe employees, and there is nothing we can do to get your account unblocked. You have a case number, so Adobe is aware of the issue and they will eventually contact you with the results of their investigation.

You are not addressing Adobe employees here. You must use the "Contact us" link that is provided. There must be a serious reason if your account was blocked after just 3 weeks.
Did you have a priviously closed account?
Did you upload assets that were not yours?
Did you upload prohibited assets?

Hello RALPH_L and daniellei4510,

Thank you for your responses. To clarify:
• I have never had another account on Adobe Stock. This is my first and only account.
• I have only uploaded original content created by me, and I can provide proof of ownership for all assets.
• I have not uploaded any prohibited content or materials that violate Adobe’s guidelines.

I understand that this forum is for contributors, not official support, but the official support form has not responded for weeks. Is there any other way to escalate my case?

Thank you for your time and understanding.

There is no other way to speed up the investigation. At least one contributor that I'm aware of finally had his account reinstated after 5 months. So it can take a while, depending on how many other investigations are ahead of yours. If you were provided with a case number, Adobe is aware of your issue and any further contact with Adobe will not escalate their investigative process.
