Please help my image got rejected

What @Abambo said, plus floating feathers that don't belong (the bird is white...the random feather is blue).

Your asset is not sharp, your upscale did not work as required and I have the impression that the image has been sqeezed.

This screenshot is a 100% view. That is really not good enough for Adobe stock.

What reason was given for the rejection? Images should not be submitted in PNG format unless that have transparency.
