Please help, whats wrong with my mobile photos?Why started to refuse if before everything was ok?

Every cellphone snapshot does not need to be taken in portrait mode. Turn the camera sideways from time to time when it would improve the composition.

Your phone is at its limits. You should disable the fake blur (DOF).
