Please help with technical issues

Hi there

I have just started uploading photos to Adobe.

Please could somebody advise the technical issues on this photo?

It is frame from a video.  I do this on other sights and the photos are accpeted and sell.

I'm a videographer and my clips have a 95% acceptance rate across all sites I use.  With video some film grain is accepted, is it stricter with photos?

I like grain and softness in my images, I purposely film this way using either 1/8 or 1/4 black pro mist and film grain after noise reduction on some clips.

Could this be the problem with this image?

Thank you

Roberto

Seems underexposed with soft focus and lack of contrast. I assume you submitted model releases for the people.

Thank you for the reply Jill.

Seems like what I like is not what Adobe likes.

This is a stylistic choice which doesn't seem to work here at Adobe lol.  I film in Braw and first node I set my curves for highlights and blacks then I like to pull down my mids.  I then color correct, I add a bit more contrast and then use a technique to lift the blacks without affecting contrast too much.  The soft focus is also to do with the filter, again a look I like.

I believe that the client would rather do these adjustments and Adobe want everything spot on.  Strange they accepted as video that's why I presumed they have different criteria for photos.

Thank you for the reply, I know what I have to do to keep contributing here or maybe just not the place for me.

Thank you Jill, have a great day!

Sorry forgot to mention model releases were attached.

Read the Help pages to determine what Adobe customers are looking for in stock images:

Though it's certainly okay for you to edit and apply whatever filters you want on images for your own enjoyment, the version that you submit to Adobe Stock must be realistic and not employ any filters or effects. If you use Lightroom Classic it's easy to create multiple versions.

Sorry also forgot to mention this was accepted by Adobe as a clip.
