Correct answer Nancy OShea

Your Stock and Adobe customer log-in ID & Password should be the same.

Go to your online account at the link below.

https://account.adobe.com/

See Reset or Change your Adobe Password:

https://helpx.adobe.com/manage-account/using/change-or-reset-password.html

Hope that helps.

The Adobe stock contributor account has no password. The account is attached to your Adobe-ID. If @Nancy OShea's links do not help you, you need to contact Adobe customer care on issues like this. I'm not sure, however, if they can help you, if you cannot prove ownership of the account.

Adobe customer care can be contacted by beginning a secure chat session at https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html?rghtup=autoOpen. Pop-up blockers need to be disabled, you need to accept cookies! If the chat window fails to open, or is non-responsive, use a different device and/or browser to start the interaction.

For support via Twitter:

Important: Adobe does NOT contact you unsolicited by e-mail or direct message. If you get contacted by direct message from a person, claiming to be an Adobe employee, look at that profile and check if they bear the “Adobe Employee” marking under their name. Adobe support does not use Skype to give you support.
If in doubt, ask the forum.

You are not addressing Adobe directly here in this forum. We are a community of other Contributors, and we cannot help to resolve account problems. Use the chat icon near the bottom of this page to reach out to Adobe. Type "agent" in the chat box to reach a real person.
