Please let me know when the number of file submissions in Adobe Stock increases.

In Adobe Stock, 51 files can be submitted in the first state, 501 files in the second state. Again if 1000+ downloads then 3000 files can be submitted, please let me know how many files can be submitted if this is the number of submissions and downloads
